There is no better way to see the beauty of Lower Mill Estate than by heading out on an adventurous family bike ride into the wider estate. Enjoy the different circuits around the lakes or venture further afield on the country roads.

If you are heading off-site, please let us know and we will provide recommendations on local trails, an emergency puncture kit (just in case) and contact information to get in touch with the team.

Equipment Hire Notice

All equipment must be returned to the Activity Hub on time and in the condition it was hired. Any lost or unreturned items will be charged to the lead guest responsible for the booking.

Replacement charges apply as follows:

Bike: £750
Paddle Board: £500
Paddle Stick: £100
Buoyancy Aid: £100
Tennis Racket / Table Tennis Bat: £50

By completing your booking, you confirm that you understand and accept these charges as part of the Activity Hub hire terms and conditions.

Please note, our team will always do their best to accommodate your request. However, activities at Lower Mill Estate are hugely popular and availability may vary based on demand. To make the most of your stay, we recommend booking activities as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
